Roots and Wings, Gestalten

Teaming up with Gestalten and photographer Amos Fricke, the newly published ‘Roots and Wings’ celebrates the life, creative vision, and legacy of the iconic car designer Peter Schreyer. For INK’s role in the project, we wanted to ensure the final print images lived up to the prestige of their real-life counterparts - which includes some of the most influential cars of all time, from the 1997 Volkswagen New Beetle to the Audi TT. The scale of Peter Schreyer’s influence is reflected in the breadth of the project, with a total of over 130 images carefully and creatively retouched by the INK team to document Schreyer's heritage, creative vision, and leadership over his illustrious career: the outcome is a collection of organic visuals that have been perfectly showcased in ‘Roots and Wings’.
